Skiing our Passion
My name is Ugo Fraccaroli, owner of Casa Italo.
My father decided to buy this apartment 38 years ago, chasing his passion for outdoor
mountaineering activities. From that moment onwards, I have always returned to Canazei to
ski, cycle, climb and trek the beautiful Dolomites. I have transmitted this passion to friends
and family and lastly to my child, Italo. The inherited passion of my family has remained the
same since my father bought Casa Italo and our goal is to convey our spirit for this dream
mountains to our guests. Casa Italo is not the usual touristic apartment, but the house of my
family for three generations.
I have had the luck to ski anywhere in the world, Europe, Canada and the US, but there is no
such place as Canazei, pearl and center of the Dolomited and the Dolomiti Superski.
